Service Level Agreements 2024-25

Shropshire Council provides a wide range of bespoke education support services to schools, academies and colleges. Our aim is to enable continual school improvement by delivering high quality and tailored support services.

We recognise the pace of change within the education sector, that’s why we collaborate with our schools to adapt and develop our services as required. We will work with you to shape our services around your needs and aspirations, whether that is as an individual school, as a cluster, or as a Multi-Academy Trust.

Service discounts are available for some areas for school clusters, MATs and Federations. Please see the documents below for information.
