General User - course includes navigating, viewing and maintaining personnel records, booking annual leave, expense and additional hours claims, completing forms, task management and reports.

Purchasing - course includes the purchasing process, finding and adding suppliers, raising requisitions (including call off orders), receipting and closing orders, checking payment dates and running financial reports.

Sales Ordering - course includes how to raise sales orders to invoice customers of Shropshire Council as well as how to raise credit notes, maintain your teams income and recover debt.
- Line Managers - courses: ERP essentials, Recruitment and onboarding, Managing absence, Employment changes.
ERP General User Training Sessions
We are running training sessions designed to support staff with the basics of using the ERP.
The training covers everyday tasks such as:
· Navigating the ERP
· Accessing payslips and personnel documents
· Keeping personal records up to date
· Booking annual leave
· Submitting expenses and additional hours claims
· Completing forms, managing tasks and using reports
These sessions are ideal for new starters, or for anyone who would benefit from a refresher on using the ERP to help you feel more confident completing everyday tasks.

ERP Line Manager Essentials Training Sessions
We are running training sessions designed to support line managers with using the ERP.
The training covers:
- Navigating the ERP
- Task Management
- Managing Absence
- Contract and Position Changes
- Processing Leavers
- Line Manager Reports
These sessions are ideal for new line managers or for any managers who would benefit from a refresher to help you feel more confident using the ERP.

Tuesday 29th September 10am-11.30am on MS Teams
Thursday 15th October 2.30pm-4pm on MS Teams

ERP Support 1-1 Clinics on MS Teams
For targeted questions and assistance on using the ERP, there are fortnightly virtual bookable 1-1 clinics on MS Teams. Please book your 10 minute slot here.
