Information about the Inclusion Advice Forum

Please send completed referral form to: eas@shropshire.gov.uk by the deadlines listed below. 

Currently, the only scheduled Inclusion Advice Forums are:

• Thursday 14th November 2024, from 1pm to 5pm (Deadline to refer to this panel by 4pm on Thursday 7th November)
• Thursday 12th December 2024, from 1pm to 5pm (Deadline to refer to this panel by 4pm on Thursday 5th December)

Please be aware:

• Once the agenda is set, you will be emailed a time slot to the email address provided on the referral form. You are only required to attend for your allocated 15-minute slot and do not need to stay for the entire forum.
• Verbal advice and feedback will be provided during the meeting; no minutes or further written feedback will be given.
