Specialist Alternative Provision, Post‑16 SEND Education and Day Services.

My Aspirations specialises in delivering personalised, flexible Alternative Provision for 16+ who require a non‑traditional, nurture‑based approach to learning and engagement. Our Alternative Provision supports re‑engagement, emotional wellbeing, confidence building, life skills and preparation for adulthood through highly individualised programmes delivered in small group and one‑to‑one settings.

Alongside this, we provide post‑16 SEND education for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This provision is outcome‑focused and designed to support progress against EHCP outcomes through accredited and bespoke pathways, including the AQA Unit Award Scheme, Duke of Edinburgh Award, John Muir Award and the My Aspirations Evolutions Curriculum.

We also deliver a Day Service that is not age‑restricted and is not linked to EHCPs, supporting young people and adults to develop independence, social skills, confidence, employability and community participation.

Our provision is regularly quality assured by local authorities and focused on meaningful progression into employment, volunteering, further learning and increased independence.

Notes on packages

Packages are bespoke and designed around individual needs, outcomes and levels of support.
Provision is delivered across two My Aspirations sites, each offering a distinct environment to support different pathways and stages of development.

Willow Lodge (Sutton Farm, Shrewsbury): provides a structured, community‑based setting that supports Alternative Provision, day services and post‑16 education through a wide range of indoor and community activities. The site focuses on developing independence, social skills, emotional wellbeing and life skills through small‑group and individualised support.

Cherry Lodge (Condover): offers a more practical, outdoor and animal‑supported environment. This site supports engagement, wellbeing and vocational skill development through hands‑on activities, nature‑based learning and opportunities to care for animals, making it particularly effective for learners who benefit from experiential and outdoor learning approaches.

Learners may access one or both sites as part of their package, depending on their needs, readiness and agreed outcomes. All packages are flexible and reviewed regularly to ensure they remain appropriate and effective.
