The provision reports that the AP is termed 14 + as Haddon Training Ltd could provide the qualifications from 14yrs (yr10 upwards). The provision reports that YP would attend the 14yrs pathway if they are in a unique position. The pathway for 14yrs has an additional cost for the qualifications.

Predominantly, CYP who attend Higher Farm Education are 16+.

Higher Farms runs an Outreach programme which utilises the AQA Unit Award scheme as the certification within YP’s portfolio.

This is currently supporting YP 11–16-year-olds.

This provision supports wellbeing and structure to re-engage the YP back into school.

The provision produces portfolios for all YP in the two pathways above which include skill diaries and additional work including photo evidence.

Learners are in small groups with staff. The model is working on 1:5 max. The provision is currently developing provision.

There is no public access to the site but staff being with the learners supports the safeguarding procedures across the site.

Animal assisted interventions (AAI) are standalone sessions for ages 4+. These are 1:1 or small group 1:2 sessions on site but separate to the other two pathways.

The provision builds a portfolio for the YP as above and includes goals and progress towards identified areas whether from parents, professionals or EHCPs.
